The hotel's location was convenient, near many dining options. Public transportation was easily accessible. Bus and tube stations are nearby. The room's design was modern, and the facilities were well-kept. The reception staff were very helpful and approachable.
The air conditioning unit made more noise than i expected. It was very loud.

The hotel is a short walk from the British Museum and Tottenham Court Road. Covent Garden and Leicester Square are also easily accessible. Embankment station is about twenty minutes walking. It provides easy access to the river taxi.

The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. Christina at reception managed an earlier check-in, which i really appreciated. Elisabet at reception was a great help.

the location suited my plans perfectly, close to many attractions. breakfast had varied choices and fresh ingredients. the staff provided prompt assistance with all my queries. the room featured a modern design and sufficient space for luggage.
i noticed minor wear on the bathroom fixtures.

spacious room central location kind staff noisy hotel card charge no reply
the rooms were large and spacious , everything was new and very clean. the hotel is centrally located and close to the tube. the staff was kind and nice.
the hotel is noisy at night and my daughter and i did struggle to sleep. during check in, the hotel holds £50 on your card for any room charges. i made several attempts to contact the hotel , but i still haven't received a reply.

I appreciated the efficient service from the staff. They were always available. The room was a Superior Room Super King Bed. It had a super king bed. The breakfast buffet included many choices.
The gym was somewhat small.
